After an almost fatal experience with a previous dentist that left me with encephalitis and a broken jaw, I was extremely nervous about attending my appointment today. From the moment I walked in, the reception team immediately put me at ease – they were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The clinic itself is spotless, with a really modern and calming aesthetic.Dr Parmar and his dental nurse were absolutely lovely. They explained every step clearly and kindly, which made such a difference given my past experiences. Moulds were taken for removable retainers (instead of the fixed ones I had previously) and they’ll even be ready for me to collect tomorrow – such an efficient service!I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. An incredible experience start to finish – I finally feel safe at the dentist again.

I'm always very happy with our visits to dentist Nita Mandalia. Even though we’ve moved to Hadleigh and now have to travel to Southchurch, I really don’t mind it at all because I’m so satisfied with the care we receive. She is always kind, professional, and gives great advice. Today, for example, she had to remove two teeth from my 5-year-old daughter. It wasn’t planned, but she explained it was necessary and took care of it right away. She was incredibly gentle and calming with my daughter, and it was clear she knows how to work well with children. The atmosphere in the clinic is always warm and welcoming. Embeth is so compassionate and truly understands how it feels to be nervous. Her kindness and warmth make all the difference, she instantly put me at ease. They were personable and professional, which put me at ease immediately. Friendly caring and very professional team. Their knowledge, expertise and use of modern high tech equipment is amazing. I lost a crown on my front tooth and although I wasn’t on their books, they offered me an urgent appointment and within a couple of hours I was able to smile again! I’ve since had new crowns and a root canal filling and the treatment I’ve had has been outstanding.

Excellent service, polite, clean, modern. Probably the best dentist I have ever been to and i'm over 50 so have seen many in my lifetime. I cannot highly recommend this practice enough and they are open to taking on new NHS patients. They had a dentists on the ground and first floor so can cater for mobility impaired people. Best dentist experience you could ask for - the building is clean and modern, reception staff are always lovely and helpful, and will send confirmation/reminders of your appointments. They offer a mix of private and NHS treatments (including a hygienist) and are very clear about any costs that are required.I use the NHS dental service offered here and Chris is the best dentist I have ever had - he is very patient, kind and good at explaining what he is doing which is reassuring for anyone that might be anxious about their appointments. The quality of work is amazing and has really saved my teeth! All of the other dental staff I have met during appointments have also been incredible and very kind - can't recommend enough.

Absolutely over the moon with the service I received. Kate the Hygienist carried out a wonderful job and advised me accordingly. Very satisfied with every aspect of Parma. The receptionists are lovely and very friendly, and do all they can to assist. The surgery is very well equipped with modern and up to date equipment, and the dentist extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and willing to explain everything in detail. The same goes for the nurses.
